Road trip 2nd part

Hello guys,

So I'm back with the 2nd part of our road trip.

So lets continue,

From Italy we moved to France, where we have visited most of the coast cities.

Monaco - panorama

But firstly we went to Monaco, here we spent a bit of time, looked around the city, as you probably know its known for the luxury houses and yachts, so the city was full of them. It was something different, than what we saw in other cities, more of richer places and to be honest, I prefer more historical or friendlier places, but still it was an interesting experience of some kind of luxury. The whole city is situated on hilly valley and some villas and hotels are at the very top. After some time we decided to find our first camp which was in the mountains and sleep there.

The next day we finally continued to France, exactly to Nice. Its a quite small city, but with a nice historical buildings and old atmosphere with a long beach. Here we didn't spend much time, but still we walked a bit around the city and went on the beach. That day we continue to my probably most favourite city of these all, which is Antibes. To be honest, I didn't hear about it before, but I fell in love with it. When we arrived, after a looking for a spot we decided to sleep on a cliff.😁 It was already pretty hot at night, so we just took our sleeping bags and slept outside the tent. It was pretty funny because we woke up multiple times at night, because of the ants biting us, so we were just moving from place to place. In this city we spent the most time, so obviously really liked it hah. It was quite small but had all we needed – beach, nature, historical part and also a center, with all the small shops and small bars. We also visited the Pablo Picasso museum here. Here we also met some guys who stayed there for a vacation, so was cool to meet some new people.

Antibes
Then we continued to Cannes, where we also found a camp to sleep and met some new people too. This city was quite similar to Monaco, because of all the yachts and buildings, but was more spacious. Here we walked through the old city small streets and went to a view point, from where we could see the whole city. Of course we also visited the building for film festivals. To our surprise it was quite old and without all the glamour and the red carpet it looked like a ordinary building. But still you could feel the atmosphere there.

Next day we continued to another city, but about it I will talk in the last part of this trip.

Hope you're all good, stay home and healthy.👪

Your Suzy💙
